Our Story
Dawley Logistics started in June 2020 in Burlington, Wisconsin, hauling general freight. About a year and a half in, the business moved to vehicles, and the first nine-car hauler went on the road in 2022. Jeremy joined in 2023, and that is when the company scaled up: more haulers on the road, a bigger team, and DS Brokerage LLC, the sister company that covers what the fleet can’t. The mission has not changed: bring honesty and reliability back to an industry where customers get lowballed, handed fake dispatch confirmations, or burned by double-brokered loads.
We are a carrier first. Roughly 90–95% of our loads move on our own open nine-car haulers, which is how we know what a lane actually costs and how long it takes. The brokerage side vets every outside carrier for licensing, authority, equipment, insurance and compliance, and turns away about three of every four. Active USDOT 3739382 and MC 1323099.

Our own haulers work the Midwest corridor: Minneapolis, Chicago, Milwaukee and Detroit are the bread-and-butter lanes, with coverage across the Midwest plus Kentucky and Tennessee, roughly a 500-mile radius of Burlington. Beyond that, DS Brokerage moves vehicles anywhere in the lower 48 on carriers we have vetted ourselves. Open transport rides on our nine-car haulers; enclosed transport, up to seven vehicles with liftgate loading, runs through the brokerage.
